Born and raised in Savannah, Kathryn has lived most of her life in the “hostess city.” She gained her passions in real estate, home design, and art at an early age, mostly due to the fact that her father was a home builder. Kathryn has a background in interior design, and now uses that creative eye and experience to help guide homeowners in staging their home for sale. For the past 4 years, Kathryn has specialized in homes and lots on The Landings, at Skidaway Island. Her and her husband work hand-in-hand on land deals and negotiations, as he is a real estate developer.
Prior to launching her real estate career, Kathryn received her Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from The University of Alabama. After graduating, she dove head first into the decor industry, starting as a head interior designer at Village Interiors, here in Savannah. She moved to Atlanta temporarily, where she used her creative eye to sell canvas art. After moving back to the Savannah area, she was involved in designing and selling clothing, and was a featured designer in Charleston fashion week. This all sparked the idea of owning her own fashion line.
In her spare time, she continues to pursue her passion of design through her own company called 40 lime, which is an athletic brand that manufactures custom printed tennis skirts. She is a part of Savannah Tennis League, the USTA and her and her family are members of the Isle of Hope Methodist Church.
